About Us We
appraise residential, commercial and land throughout Arkansas.
Ted and Carrie Cooper Thurman have been appraising real estate since 1973. We started appraising and trained by Security Pacific National Bank. Ted Thurman was Vice President for Security Pacific National Bank and managed the Trust Real Estate Appraisal Department for 10 years. Carrie's appraisal career started after graduating from the University of California in 1982. I developed an interest in real estate while in college and the appraisal field was a natural fit. We are and have been members of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers. We are State Certified Appraisers in Arkansas, Nevada and California. We have participated in numerous appraisal seminars as well as broker/appraiser roundtables. We are frequently asked to speak to groups of Realtors and lenders regarding appraisal topics. We have been providing clients with computer generated reports with digital images since 1992!
